Eligibility: 

• This promotion is open exclusively to new, trial, and returning non-paying KKBOX members residing in Singapore. Check membership status here.

Promotion Offer (“Offer”):

• Subject to these Terms and Conditions, only customers who successfully subscribe to the KKBOX Premium 365 Days (Annual) Subscription via credit card (“Adyen”) during the Promotion Period are eligible for this offer.

• During the Promotion Period, eligible members will be charged a discounted one-time fee of S$111 for a KKBOX Premium 365 Days (Annual) Subscription. 

• Your KKBOX service starts immediately upon successful subscription and payment, and remains valid for 365 consecutive days.

• Should you decide to cancel your KKBOX Premium 365 Days (Annual) Subscription before the subscription cycle ends, no full or partial refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your membership.

• From the 366th day (13th month) onwards, your subscription will automatically renew at the prevailing annual subscription fee of S$130.80 per year unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. Members may check their next billing date here. 

• The first 61 eligible members who successfully complete their subscription under this promotion will each receive one (1) S$10 Grab Voucher. 

• Eligibility for the Grab Voucher is determined based on the chronological order of successful subscription and payment, as recorded in KKBOX’s system. KKBOX’s records shall be final and conclusive. 

• Members are responsible for ensuring that their registered email address and mobile number in the Member Centre are accurate and up to date before completing their subscription under this promotion, and throughout the Promotion Period. KKBOX will use the contact information available at the time of winner verification and prize fulfilment.

• If KKBOX is unable to contact an eligible recipient due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated contact information, or if the recipient fails to respond within the stipulated period stated in the notification email (if applicable), the recipient shall be deemed to have forfeited their entitlement to the Grab Voucher, and no replacement or compensation will be provided.

• Grab Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted with any other item. 

• Eligible recipients will receive their Grab Voucher redemption details via their registered email address by 30 September 2026.
